Our Peer Groups are the heart of what we do at Man UPrising—bringing together small groups of men who are ready for something deeper. If you’re looking for surface-level networking, a place to hype your crypto, or a quick-fix solution that papers over problems, keep moving.

The Experience

Each month, you’ll meet with the same group of guys for four hours—either online, or in Denver if you’re local. We use a proven structure that keeps things focused, but there’s always room for life-changing conversations to unfold naturally.

We’ve found that, in our setting, guys quickly drop the “I’m fine” mask and talk about what’s really going on. And don’t worry—you can talk as much or as little as feels right. Whatever you share, you can be sure of one thing… The men in your Peer Group will always have your back.

Common Questions

What happens in a typical session?

Each meeting follows a proven structure while leaving room for organic conversation and connection. We use frameworks that work, not rigid scripts. Members agree to show up on time, show up every month, and show up ready to help those who want to share. You are not allowed to sell or pitch in the group (although you, of course, may work with other members outside our monthly meeting.)

Is this therapy?

No. While growth and healing often happen naturally in our groups, we’re focused on peer support and connection, not therapy.

How much does being in a Peer Group cost?

There is a $250 one-time initiation fee that includes an Enneagram assessment to help you and your peers learn more about you. Yearly membership is $83 a month, paid once a year. A 12-month commitment is required to foster trust, consistency, and growth. Your membership gives you free access to the Man Cave with all its online resources, and full membership in our Man Cave Facebook group. There are no hidden fees and never any upsells.

Do I need to commit right away?

What if I’m not in Denver?

Our virtual groups offer the same depth of connection as our in-person meetings. Many of our strongest groups meet entirely online.
