UPx is two hours of conversation with men just like you. You’ll join a small group virtually to experience a scaled-down version of our signature Peer Groups. Share what’s on your mind, or simply share your experience when others could use the help. No scripts, no BS—just authentic connection with guys who are also exploring what this is all about.

As the song says, come as you are. There’s no preparation needed—this is about experiencing authentic conversation.
Is UPx online?
UPx is always virtual. Our regular peer groups happen both online and in person (in Denver), but yes, UPx is always online.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
If you’ve ever done a Zoom call, you can do UPx. We keep it simple and provide clear instructions.
What if I’m not sure about joining a full Peer Group?
That’s exactly why UPx exists—to help you figure that out with absolutely no pressure at all.
