Each peer group:

  • Meets monthly for four hours in a structured yet flexible format, either virtually or in person in Denver, CO.

  • Requires a 12-month commitment to foster trust, consistency, and growth.

  • Creates a brave space for you to share as much—or as little—as you feel comfortable.

  • Uses proven frameworks like the Man UPrising curriculum to deepen discussions and learning.

  • Includes a proven, structured agenda adapted from successful business forums and powered by an online platform, Peer Group Tools, which utilizes technology to enhance the group experience.
